When you start an online application, you will receive a reentry number used to return to your saved application.
You can access your saved application by selecting the “Return to Saved Application” link on the Apply for Benefits page and entering your reentry number and Social Security number.
You can retrieve a lost or forgotten reentry number in your personal my Social Security account. Select the “Need a Re-entry Number” link found within the details section under the “Your Benefit Applications” table.
