Each request cannot exceed 50 files. Each file cannot exceed 25MB

Files cannot be encrypted or password protected. Files must be in one of the following formats:

File names cannot exceed 150 characters. File names cannot include the following special characters:

Images:
Images in digital format (scans and/or photographs) should be clear with all text readable. When taking photographs, position documents:
- Directly (not angled) under the camera
- On a dark, non-reflective surface that is well-lit
