Step 1: Sign In
Sign in to your personal my Social Security account using your username and password.
Step 2: Get One-Time Security Code
You will request a security code. We will send a message that contains a security code to your email address or cell phone number (if applicable, your cell phone provider's text message and data rates may apply).
Step 3: Submit Security Code
Enter the security code we sent to you. The security code will expire after 10 minutes.  If you receive your security code by text message, you will need to have your cell phone nearby when you sign in to your account.
