Medicare beneficiaries with limited resources and income may qualify for Extra Help paying for their monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and copayments related to prescription drug coverage.
The easiest way to apply for Extra Help is online. You can also call us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday to apply over the phone or make an appointment to apply in person at your local Social Security office.
